Cycling: Five laps to go and the riders still following the derny. Now it's off the track and the riders are racing. Pendleton surges to the front with two laps to go and she looks untouchable. There is a late surge from the Chinese rider but she holds off the challenge to take gold!

Swimming: It's Michael Phelps time. The American going for an incredible 21st Olympic medal in the 100m butterfly. He starts poorly but has an incredible last 50m to take gold! Chad Le Clos takes the silver in a reverse of their 200m butterfly result. It is his 17th gold medal.
