I've long thought tears show strength, not weakness. With male athletes in tears, does anyone care to disagree? #IndyOlympics #London2012by ArcticAndyUK via twitter 8/3/2012 12:58:03 PM -

Tennis: Federer has a break point and really should convert it but his normally effortless one-handed backhand lets him down and he can only power the ball into the net. Del Potro eventually manages to close out the game and it remains on serve at 8-7 in the final and decisive set. -

Tennis: Del Potro is 0-30 down on his serve and Federer has a chance for three break points, smashing a cross-court backhand that looks like a winner but somehow Del Potro manages to return it with a phenomenal diving volley. The Argentine then manages to win the next three points for a crucial hold of serve. This game is really starting to hot up. -

Brilliantly dogged, well fought BRONZE for Karina Bryant! Great stuff, she looks so chuffed. The GB judo team are so pleased for her too.

Tennis: Breakthrough for Roger Federer at Wimbledon as he breaks Juan Martin del Potro for the first time in the match. Del Potro showed signs of fatigue in that last service game, double faulting and making several unforced errors. Federer will now serve for the match with the score at 10-9 in the final set. -
