London 2012 Olympics: Day 15

  • On the penultimate day of the London 2012 Olympic Games Team GB had another great medal-earning day. Luke Campbell won a GOLD medal in the men's bantamweight division boxing. Mo Farah took his second GOLD of the Olympic Games after winning the 5k race. Ed McKeever sprinted to a first place in the men's 200m kayak race, bagging GOLD for Team GB. In the men's K2 200m, Liam Heath and Jon Schofield won BRONZE for Team GB. Teenage diving hopeful Tom Daily bagged Team GB a BRONZE medal.

    Athletics: Mo Farah won his second gold after winning the 5,000m race. In the 4x100m relay final Jamaica won the gold medal in a new world record time of 36.84 seconds, ahead of the US.
