Closing Ceremony: The title of Sunday evening's closing ceremony has been announced: It is Symphony of British Music. The ceremony starts at 9pm. Read more about it here.. www.independent.co.uk -
Women's Mountain Bike Race: Annie Last is in the line-up for the women's cross country mountain bike event at Hadleigh Farm in Essex. The race will start at 12.30pm. Riders are seeded for the start according to their world ranking and first to cross the line wins. -

Women's Mountain Bike Race: The Olympic venue of Hadleigh Farm in Essex was chosen by William Booth and the Salvation Army as a place to help educate men and women who have experienced difficult times. Today it still continues that work with teaching of IT skills, carpentry, catering and office skills. -
