Athletics: Good news for Oscar Pistorius as South Africa's 4x400m men's relay team have been reinstated for the final. Ofentse Mogawane collided with Kenyan runner Vincent Kilu on the second leg which meant the double-amputee never got the chance to run.

Open-water swimming: Coming into the final part of the race and Keri-Anne Payne is fighting for bronze. Eva Risztov holds on to get gold, ahead of USA's Hailey Anderson. Keri-Anne Payne agonisingly finishes fourth and misses out on a medal.

Taekwondo: The people of Flint in north Wales have a special reason to watch the taekwondo at 3.20pm today. Their Olympic star Jade Jones is in the quarter-final - her home town put her on the road to success by raising £1,600 to send her to the youth olympics in Singapore. There she won a gold medal and her sporting career began.
