BMX: Shanaze Reade riding now in the BMX and she is the first rider to complete the course in under 40 seconds, which takes her to the top of the leaderboard so far.

BMX: Shanaze Reade has been bumped down to second place in the seedings by New Zealand's Sarah Walker, who rode the course nearly a second faster. However with half of the riders now finished, the good news is that she is now guaranteed a top ten seeding.

Equestrian: Britain's Ben Maher is up next, although having hit one fence in the first round, he is unlikely to be in the hunt for a medal.

Equestrian: Maher riding a horse called Tripple X - not sure whether this is because he is a big Vin Diesel fan or not. Unfortunately he picks up another four penalty points and is now effectively out of the medals.

BMX: With the women's seeding run now completed, Shanaze Reade ended as the fifth fastest and will progress to the semi-finals. LIam Phillips, who has come back from a broken collarbone, is up next in the men's round.

Equestrian: The first of the riders who jumped clear in round one, Ireland's Cian O'Connor, is up now. Another clear round would put him in pole position for a gold.

Equestrian: O'Connor clears all the fences perfectly and punches the air in celebration, but he doesn't realise he's picked up a time fault. He must now rely on other riders making mistakes if he is going to take home a medal.

Equestrian: France's Oliver Guillon is up next but he is unable to jump clear, hitting two fences in quick succession and picking up a time fault. He is now out of the medals. Things going well for Team GB's riders so far.

Equestrian: Steve Guerdat of Switzerland is up next and he jumps clear. He is now in pole position for gold with three riders left to go.

Equestrian: GB's Scott Brash up now, he will need to jump clear if he wants to stay in contention for a gold medal. Unfortunately Brash hits a fence and drops out of medal contention. However the 26-year-old still has his gold medal from the team jumping competition and will be very pleased with his games.
