The Brownlee brothers, Alistair and Jonathan, will be hoping to get a medal each in the men's triathlon after the pair snatched gold and silver - by a considerable distance - in the recent World Cup in Switzerland.

At 1pm Nick Dempsey will be windsurfing for gold in what could be the last ever RS:X event in the Olympic Games. The sport has been swapped for Kitesurfing at Rio 2016.
