Equestrian: NIck Skelton riding now for Team GB, he's already jumped two clear rounds, another one here would really put Great Britain in a good position... and he's done it! Another clear round from Skelton who puts Team GB in the silver medal position and gives himself an excellent chance in the individual competition. -

Cycling: The two riders still in the cat and mouse phase of the race, Kenny at the front, Phillip at the back, neither rider wanting to make the first move. Now Kenny picks up the pace and he gets away from Phillip and maintains his lead easily. He is now in pole position to progress to the final. -

Nicola Adams became the second Team GB boxer after Luke Campbell to guarantee at least a bronze medal after a comprehensive 16-7 win over Stoyka Petrova in her women's flyweight quarter-final at ExCeL today.

Cycling: Phillip at the front this time, nervously glancing over his shoulder at Kenny who rides high up onto the banking. Phillip tries to block him and the riders nearly crash but Kenny swerves ride and then powers past his opponent, streaking ahead down the home straight and taking the win. Kenny is into the final. -

Equestrian: The gold medal jump off between Great Britain and Netherlands is really heating up. Both of Team GB's first two riders have jumped clear as well as Jur Vrieling for the Netherlands, Maikel van der Vleuten is up next. He doesn't have a good round however, hitting two fences. That will be the round that the Netherlands will want to discard. -
